Dominex – 7-Day Return Policy (No Refunds)
At Dominex, we stand behind the quality of our grill cleaning products. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted
- Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required
No Refund Policy
- Dominex follows a strict no refund policy
- No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances
Replacement / Store Credit
- Eligible returns will be processed as:
- Product Replacement, or
- Store Credit (valid for future purchases)
- In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, replacement will be prioritized at no extra cost
Return Process
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details along with clear images/videos of the product
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
- After inspection, replacement or store credit will be issued
Shipping
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
- Dominex is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
